Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Please note that Stripe’s transaction fees (1.5% + £0.20 per transaction for standard UK cards, 1.9% + £0.20 for premium UK cards) are non‑refundable in the event of cancellations or refunds.

Payments for programmes, including the online coaching programme, are final once confirmed. Refunds are only offered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of SR Fitness.

To request a refund, please contact coaching@sabinrai.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be returned minus any Stripe processing fees (as stated above).
